2. Crpto: Subject to AML/KYC regulations. Users must comply with local crypto laws.
3. Gold/Shopping Cards: Transactions may involve third-party partners (like amazon, Netflix etc.) to execute an order.
We Don't Charge anything both from creator and receiver.
1. MRETS (Micropromoting Real Estate Trading Services) jointly owns all platform content (logos, software, etc.).
2. Users retain ownership of uploaded Content but grant Cloud Gifting a license to use it for Service operations.
1. Losses due to market fluctuations (e.g., crypto volatility, stock market crash).
2. Third-party actions (e.g., partner errors).
3. Technical issues beyond reasonable control (e.g., server downtime).
1. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the courts of West Bengal.
2. Class-action lawsuits are waived.
